Shake, Rattle & Roll will christen the newly renovated Folly Theater
It’s almost here and we don’t want you to miss it—the opening of the historic, newly renovated Folly Theater. Come join us for a remarkable opening weekend as we open our doors to the community after our $4.2 million construction project.
Join us for “Shake, Rattle and Roll: A Celebration of the Folly Theater.” The event is a community concert, featuring Kansas City musicians Fred Wickham Caravan, Grand Marquis, and more. Proceeds from the concert benefit Midwest Music Foundation.
This will be one of the first opportunities for you and the community to experience the transformed 1,005-seat historic venue at the corner of 12th and Central in downtown Kansas City.
